Quick Starts (3 common flows)

Three fast step-by-step checklists to help you get started: create Content, build a Training Program, and build a Curriculum. Use these flows as a practical entry point before reading the detailed guides.

Quick Starts (3 common flows)

Use Quick Starts to begin creating Learn content from the most common paths. You can choose to create content manually or with AI, then continue editing it in Learn.

What are the Quick Starts for Learn?

Quick Starts are the first choices you see when creating Learn content. They help you start from a common path instead of building everything from scratch.

From here, you can choose to add content manually or generate it with AI. This is the fastest way to begin a new Learn item and move into editing it.

What can I do from the Quick Starts screen?

You can start a new Learn content item in one of two ways: create it manually or generate it with AI.

If you choose the AI option, GFoundry opens the AI content flow so you can provide a text prompt, upload a PDF, or use both. After the content is created, you can edit it and open the new Learn content directly.

When should I use the AI option?

Use the AI option when you want to speed up content creation. You can provide a text prompt, upload a PDF, or combine both to help generate richer learning content.

After generation, you can review the result, make changes, and go to the new Learn content when you are ready.
