What are pending actions and how do I clear them?
Pending actions are evaluation, Touchpoint and training tasks waiting for you, shown at the top of Home. A card disappears once you complete its task.
What are pending actions?
If your company has them turned on, the Pending actions block at the top of Home lists the tasks waiting for you. Each card has a title and a short description. For example:
Complete Your Self-Evaluation: your self-evaluation in an open evaluation cycle.
A card asking you to fill in a Touchpoint, with the Touchpoint's name.
Evaluate followed by a colleague's name and as Peer: you were chosen to evaluate that colleague in a 360 evaluation.
Pending training or Overdue training: required training to complete, or training past its deadline.
What do the icons mean?
Green clock: low priority.
Yellow hourglass: medium priority.
Red exclamation mark: high priority.
Cards are sorted by priority, then by deadline.
How do I clear a pending action?
Click the card. It opens the evaluation or training page where the task is.
Complete the task there, for example submit your self-evaluation or finish the training.
The card leaves the list once the task is done. There is no button to dismiss a card without doing the task.
If you manage a team
You also see cards about your team, for example Evaluate followed by a person's name, the number of evaluations you still have to complete, an evaluation delegated to you,Enrollment request to approve, Pending team training or Evaluate training. Click the card to go to the right page.
Why do I not see pending actions?
Your company has not turned them on. Your company can turn them on for evaluations, for training, or for both.
You have nothing pending right now.
