Your Home page: what each block shows
Home gathers what is waiting for you and the latest from each area your company uses. Each block only appears when it has something to show.
What is the Home page?
Home is the first page you see after you sign in. It brings together, in one page, what is waiting for you and the latest from each area your company uses.
To come back to it, click Home at the top of the side menu. If your platform has no side menu, click your company's logo at the top of the page.
What each block shows
A block only appears if your company uses that area and there is something to show. The order of the blocks can vary from company to company.
Hi and your name: how many badges you have won out of the total, with a progress bar. Click it to open My profile.
Pending actions: evaluations, Touchpoints or training waiting for you, if your company has this turned on. Click a card to go to the task.
News: your company's latest news, featured news first. See more opens the full list.
My insight surveys: surveys you have answered or that are still open.
Missions: your missions, unfinished ones first, with how many steps you have completed.
Learn highlights: your company can add one or more blocks with learning content, each with the title it chooses. Each block shows the content inside it. Click a content to open it.
Contests chosen by your company. Click one to open it.
Events: the next upcoming events.
Battles: quiz battles waiting for you or waiting for you to accept.
Forms: the types of form you can fill in. Choose a type to get started opens a new form of that type.
Ideas Challenges and Last Ideas: the idea challenges you can take part in and the most recent ideas.
Competitions: running competitions and your Position on ranking.
Comparisons or Closed comparisons: comparisons you can take part in.
My tasks: your tasks and how many you have completed.
FAQs: opens your company's frequently asked questions.
Suggestions: lets you send a suggestion to your company.
Why did a survey open on top of Home?
If there is a survey waiting for your answer, it opens by itself when you open Home. You can answer it now or close it.
Who receives my suggestions?
Click Suggestions, write your text in Make a suggestion (up to 1000 characters) and click Send suggestion. The suggestion is sent by email to your company's contact address, with your name. It is not anonymous.
In the mobile app
In the mobile app, tap Home at the bottom of the screen. The blocks are the same as on the web.
If you do not see this
A block you expected is missing: your company does not use that area, or there is nothing to show yet.
Some companies show only news on Home.
Your company may use a different name for this area or place it elsewhere in the menu.
