How to read company news, events and FAQs
News, Events and FAQs are in the Communication & Culture group of the side menu. The latest news and events also appear on Home.
Before you start
Your company publishes news, events or FAQs. Each item only appears in the menu if your company uses it.
Steps: read the news
In the side menu, open Communication & Culture and click News. You can also click See more in the News block on Home.
If your company uses news categories, choose one in the selector at the top right, or All to see every category.
Click a news item to read it. At the end of the list, See more loads older news.
Steps: see upcoming events
In the side menu, open Communication & Culture and click Events. Only upcoming events are listed.
Click an event to see its date and details.
Steps: read the FAQs
In the side menu, open Communication & Culture and click FAQs. You can also click the FAQs block near the bottom of Home.
Click a question to see the answer. Opening another question closes the previous one.
Comment and share
If your company allows comments, use Add comment at the end of a news item or event. You can reply to a comment, edit or delete your own comments, and use Report on a comment from someone else.
To share a news item or an event, open the three-dot menu and click Copy link, then paste the link to your colleague. This option is on the web only.
If you do not see this
News, Events or FAQs is missing: your company does not use that area.
Your platform has no side menu: these items are in the More box inside the module pages.
You cannot open a news item someone shared with you: it was published for another group of people.
Your company may use a different name for this area or place it elsewhere in the menu.
