I cannot find a module in my menu
Each company chooses which modules it uses, who sees them and what they are called. If a module is missing from your menu, check these reasons before you contact your administrator.
Symptom
A colleague, an article or a message mentions an area, such as Feedback, Ideas or OKR's, that you cannot find in your menu. Or an item inside a module is missing for you.
Likely cause
Your company does not use that module.
Your company made the module available only to some groups of people, and you are not in them.
Your company may use a different name for this area or place it elsewhere in the menu.
The item is only for people who manage a team, for example My Team in Feedback or Dashboard in My Career.
Your platform uses the older layout without the side menu, where some areas are in a More box.
Where modules are by default
Home is at the top of the side menu. The modules are in four groups:
Development & Growth: My Career, Learn, Feedback, Tasks, OKR's, Missions.
Participation & Collaboration: Ideas, Competitions, Comparisons, Forms.
Recognition & Rewards: Recognition, Market, Vouchers.
Communication & Culture: People, News, Events, FAQs, Community feed, Communities.
You only see the modules your company uses, and your company can rename the groups and some modules.
How to fix
Open each of the four groups in the side menu. The module may be under another group or another name.
Looking for your goals? There is no separate Goals module. If your company uses goals, you find them in My Career.
Looking for a colleague, a news item or learning content? Use the magnifying glass at the top of the page.
Looking for vouchers or the community feed? They can also be in the user menu at the top right, for example Redeem voucher.
If your platform has no side menu, look in the More box inside the module pages.
If a colleague sees the module and you do not, it may be turned on only for some groups. Ask your administrator.
If the problem persists
Contact your company's administrator or HR team with: the name of the module or item you are looking for, where you expected to find it, and whether you use the web or the mobile app.
