What is a mission?

Your company creates missions to guide you through a sequence of actions in the platform. A mission is a path of steps. Each step has one or more objectives, such as playing a quiz, answering a form, submitting an idea, completing a task or recognizing a colleague. When you complete all the objectives of a step, the step is done. When all steps are done, the mission is complete.

Where do I find my missions?

Usually, your missions appear right on your Home page, in the Missions block, with the unfinished ones first. Click a mission to open it, or click See more to open the full list.

You can also open them from the side menu, under Development & Growth > Missions.

The list has two tabs: Active Missions and Completed Missions. Each mission shows Completed X of Y steps and how far you are, in percent.

How do I know what to do next?

  1. Click a mission to open it. You see its path of steps.

  2. Click a step. You see its objectives: the ones you completed have a green tick, the next one is highlighted, and the ones after it are not available yet.

  3. Click the highlighted objective. It takes you to the place where you do it, for example the quiz or the form. If an objective has no link, its text tells you what to do.

How do I complete an objective?

Do the action in the area the objective points to: play the quiz, send the form, recognize the colleague. Opening the mission does not count. When you complete an objective, the mission may open by itself to show the updated step.

What do I see when a step or a mission is complete?

  • A completed step shows its victory message. Click View completed objectives to see what you did.

  • A step that shows No objectives set yet has no objectives yet.

  • When you complete every step, you see Mission completed! The mission moves to Completed Missions.

A badge says it belongs to a mission. What does it mean?

Some badges are part of a mission. Their pop-up shows This badge belongs to a mission! Click Open the mission to go to it.

How do I share a mission with a colleague?

In the Missions block of your Home page, open the three-dot menu next to the mission and click Copy link. Your colleague can only open it if the mission is also assigned to them.

If you do not see this

  • You do not see Missions in the menu: your company may not use missions. Your company may also use a different name for this area or place it elsewhere in the menu.

  • The list is empty: no mission is assigned to you yet.

  • There is no Missions block on your Home page: no mission is assigned to you yet, or your company shows fewer blocks on Home. Look for Missions in the side menu.
