How to change the platform language
On the web, click a language code at the top of the page, such as EN or PT. The codes only appear if your company offers more than one language.
Before you start
Your company offers more than one language. If it offers only one, the platform uses that language and you do not see language codes.
Steps
Look at the very top of the page, above the header. You see the codes of the languages your company offers, for example PT | EN | DE | FR | ES | IT. The current language is highlighted.
Click the code of the language you want. The page reloads in that language. There is nothing to save.
In the mobile app
Tap Menu at the bottom of the screen.
Tap Settings.
Under Language, turn on the language you want. The others turn off.
Close Settings with the X at the top right.
The message You will need to restart your app to update the language definitions! appears. Tap Ok. The app restarts in the new language.
To cancel before step 5, turn the current language back on before you close Settings.
Good to know
The web and the app are separate. Changing the language in one does not change the other.
On the web, your choice applies while you are signed in. When you sign in again, the platform may open in your browser's language or in your company's main language. Click the code again if needed.
In the app, if you log out, the app goes back to your phone's language the next time you sign in.
Notifications sent to your phone use the language you had the last time you opened Home.
If you do not see this
No language codes at the top of the page, or no Language section in the app: your company offers only one language.
Your language is not in the list: your company has not turned it on. Ask your administrator.
