Recognition Settings - Configuration Guide
Use Recognition settings to turn Star Badge Reviews, Soft Skill Endorsements, and Hard Skill Endorsements on or off, and set the limits for reviews and endorsements. These settings control what users can do in the app.
How do I open Recognition Settings?
Go to Modules > Recognition > Recognition Settings.
Review the three sections: Star Badge Reviews, Soft Skill Endorsements, and Hard Skill Endorsements.
How do I configure Star Badge Reviews?
In Star Badge Reviews, decide whether Star Badges should be enabled.
Select whether Any user can give reviews or whether Peers can't give reviews to each other, only Team Managers can give reviews to Team members.
Set Max Reviews per user if you want to limit how many reviews each user can submit.
Choose the Reset strategy that fits your policy, either Fixed amount or Reset monthly.
Choose whether Private reviews are allowed, or keep Public reviews only.
How do I configure Soft Skill Endorsements?
In Soft Skill Endorsements, decide whether Soft Skills should be enabled.
Set Max Endorsements user if you want to cap how many endorsements a user can give.
Leave the limit open if you want users to give endorsements without restriction.
How do I configure Hard Skill Endorsements?
In Hard Skill Endorsements, decide whether Hard Skills should be enabled.
Set Max Endorsements user if you want to limit how many hard skill endorsements a user can give.
Use the limit to control how many endorsements each user can submit.
How do I save my changes?
Make your changes on the page.
Select Update.
You can use Reset if you want to discard changes before saving.
