Recognition Module - Dashboard and Reporting
Use the Recognition Dashboard to review recognition activity per user, star badge reviews and skill endorsements, filter it by period, and request XLS reports.
Where is the Recognition Dashboard?
Go to Modules > Recognition > Dashboard. The page has four tabs: Overview, Star Badge Reviews, Soft Skill Endorsements and Hard Skill Endorsements.
What does the Overview tab show?
The Overview tab shows summary cards and the Users Overview table. For each user, the table shows Received Star Badges, Soft Skills Endorsements and Hard Skills Endorsements. You can sort by any column and use Search User... to find a person. Click a user's name to open their profile.
You can narrow the Overview with the filters Star Badge, Soft Skill, Hard Skill, Timeframe, User and Only Public Reviews.
What do the other tabs show?
Star Badge Reviews: every review with its Star Badge, Receiver, Recognizer, Review text and Date. Private reviews show a lock icon. From the row actions you can Delete a review.
Soft Skill Endorsements and Hard Skill Endorsements: every endorsement with the skill, Receiver, Recognizer and Date.
Each tab has its own filters, such as the badge or skill, Timeframe, Recognizer and Receiver.
How do I change the period?
Use the Timeframe filter at the top of any tab. The selected timeframe is shared by all four tabs, and the cards and lists refresh for the selected period.
How do I export recognition reports?
Open the tab you want to report on.
Click Export at the top right of the list.
Choose Export Report (xls). You will receive an email with a link to download the report.
The Export Report (xls) reports (reviews, soft skill endorsements, hard skill endorsements) include all records of your company and do not apply the filters selected on the page. The Export menu also lists the summary cards, which you can export individually with the data they show. On the Overview tab, the Export menu offers only the card exports.
Why is the dashboard empty?
If the Overview shows There are no Badges defined for your company, no recognition data exists yet for the selected filters. Check that your company has star badges in Stars and soft skills in Soft Skills, that the features are enabled in Recognition Settings, and that the Timeframe covers the period you expect.
