How to open and work with a mission journey preview
While you build a mission, the wizard shows a live preview of the mission as users will see it. After the mission has started, use Preview on the mission page to open it on the platform.
Where is the preview while I build a mission?
When you create a mission with New Mission, or continue building a mission with the status Building, the preview is shown in the panel on the right of the wizard. You do not need to open it separately.
The preview updates as you work: it reflects the mission name, thumbnail, background and the milestones you add, so you can check the journey without leaving the wizard.
What should I check in the preview?
Check the mission identity first: the name, the thumbnail and the background. Then check the journey itself: the milestones and the order in which they appear.
If the mission has several milestones, confirm that the order in the preview is the sequence you expect users to follow. You can drag milestones in the Milestones & Objectives step to change the order.
What should I do if something looks wrong?
Go back to the step that needs changing, such as General for the name and appearance, or Milestones & Objectives for the journey. Update it and review the preview again before you click Start Mission.
How do I preview a mission that has already started?
Go to Missions > Missions List and open the mission.
On the mission page, click Preview.
The window shows the mission link and a QR code. Use Go to mission! to open it on the platform, or scan the QR code with a phone.
