How to set mission thumbnail and background
Every mission needs a thumbnail and a background. You set them in the General step of the wizard, and you can change them later with Edit on the mission page.
Where do I set the thumbnail and background?
New mission, or a mission still being built: go to Missions > Missions List, click New Mission (or open a mission with the status Building) and go to the General step. The fields are under Appearance.
Mission that has started: open the mission from Missions List and click Edit in Mission Details, or use Quick Edit from the actions menu in Missions List.
How do I add a thumbnail?
Click Upload Thumbnail.
Select an image file from your computer.
Use the Visible toggle to choose whether the thumbnail is shown in the mission popup.
How do I set the mission background?
Click Select Background to open Mission Background.
Choose one of the preset colour backgrounds, or click Upload to use your own image.
For a custom colour, click the tile with the pen icon and pick the start colour, the end colour and the rotation of the gradient.
Click Select to apply the background.
How do I save the changes?
In the wizard, click Next at the end of the General step. The step cannot be saved without a thumbnail and a background.
In the edit window of a started mission, click Update.
If your platform uses more than one language, the thumbnail and background are set per language tab.
