How to create milestones in a mission
Create milestones inside a mission to break the journey into smaller steps. You can define the milestone name, completion message, icon, and the delay before it becomes available to users.
How do I add a milestone to a mission?
Open the mission in the Missions area and go to Mission Journey.
Select Add Milestone.
In the Create Milestone panel, fill in Milestone Name.
Enter a Completion Message to show users when they finish the milestone.
Choose an icon with Select Icon.
Set Milestone Delay (hours) if you want the milestone to become available later.
Select Create.
What details can I set for a milestone?
Milestone Name - the label shown for the milestone.
Completion Message - the message users see when they complete it.
Milestone Icon - the icon shown in the mission journey.
Milestone Delay (hours) - the waiting time before the milestone is available to the user.
Can I edit or delete a milestone later?
Yes. Open the milestone from the mission journey and select Milestone Details. From there, you can update the milestone or delete it if it is no longer needed.
A milestone must have at least one objective before it can be saved.
