How to Create and Manage Marketplace Items
Create Marketplace items, edit their details, assign categories, and manage item transactions from the Marketplace module. You can also export item and transaction reports.
How do I create a new Marketplace item?
Go to Modules > Marketplace > Marketplace Items.
Select New Item.
Upload an Image.
Enter the Item name and Description.
If needed, fill in Instructions, SKU, Stock, Price, and enable Shippable or Unlimited.
Use Groups Segmentation if the item should only be available to specific groups.
Select Create to save the item.
How do I manage an existing Marketplace item?
Open Modules > Marketplace > Marketplace Items and select the item you want to change.
Review the item in Item Details.
Select Edit to update the item.
Change the fields you need, such as Image, Item name, Description, Instructions, SKU, Stock, Price, Shippable, Unlimited, or Groups Segmentation.
Select Update to save your changes.
Use Delete if you want to remove the item.
How do I assign an item to a category?
Go to Modules > Marketplace > Marketplace Categories.
Select New Category to create a category, or open an existing category and select Edit.
Enter the Category name and save it.
Open the item in Modules > Marketplace > Marketplace Items and make sure it is assigned to the correct category.
How do I review item transactions?
Go to Modules > Marketplace > Dashboard to see the Marketplace Transactions List.
Open a transaction from the list to view Transaction Details.
Use View Profile to open the user profile, or View Item to open the related item.
Use Delete if you need to remove a transaction.
Can I export Marketplace item data?
Yes. In Modules > Marketplace > Marketplace Items, select Export Items Report. In Modules > Marketplace > Dashboard, use Export Transactions Report or the other export options available from the Export menu.
