Bulk Edit Marketplace Transactions
Change the status of several marketplace transactions at once. Select the transactions, pick the new status, preview the change and confirm.
How do I bulk edit marketplace transactions?
Go to Modules > Marketplace > Dashboard. You can also do this from the Item Transactions List on an item's Item Details page.
Tick the checkbox of each transaction you want to change. To select every transaction on the current page, tick the checkbox in the table header.
Above the list you will see how many transactions are selected. Click Edit to open Bulk Edit.
In Select fields to update, choose the new Status: Pending, In Progress or Completed.
Click Next.
Review the change in Preview and confirm bulk updates. Use Back if you need to change it.
Click Confirm to apply the update.
What can I change in bulk?
Bulk edit changes only the transaction Status. To change a transaction's Description, open that transaction on its own.
What happens after I confirm the update?
The new status is applied to every selected transaction, the selection is cleared and the list refreshes so you can see the latest data.
What if I need to stop editing?
Click Cancel to close the window without changing anything. To start over with a different selection, click Clear selection above the list.
