Gamification Engine - Digital Vouchers Management
Create digital vouchers, review their codes, export them, and update or delete them from the Vouchers module.
How do I create a digital voucher?
Go to Gamification Engine > Digital Vouchers.
Select Create.
Enter the Voucher title.
Add an optional description.
Set the Coins value.
Choose the Number of codes to generate.
If needed, define Content Segmentation to control which groups and teams can access the voucher.
Turn on Unique user (one code per user) if each user should receive only one code.
Leave Enabled on if the voucher should be available right away.
Select Create.
How do I open a voucher and review its codes?
Go to Gamification Engine > Digital Vouchers.
Find the voucher in the list or use Search vouchers....
Select Open.
Review Voucher Details, including the number of Coins and the Codes summary.
Open the Codes section to see each Code, its Redeemed or Available status, and the assigned User when one exists.
How do I export voucher codes?
Open the voucher from Gamification Engine > Digital Vouchers.
Select Export Codes.
Save the exported file.
How do I update or delete a voucher?
Open the voucher from Gamification Engine > Digital Vouchers.
Select Edit to change the voucher details, settings, or status.
Select Update to save your changes.
To remove the voucher, select Delete and confirm the deletion.
