Gamification Engine - Badge Users and Badge Details
Use the Badge Details page to review a badge, edit its settings, and see which users earned it. You can also open a user profile or related missions from this page.
How do I open a badge and review its details?
Go to Gamification Engine > Badges and select the badge you want to review. On the Badge Details page, the badge summary is shown on the right, and the list of users who earned it is shown on the left.
If your company uses more than one language, use the language tabs to review the badge details in each locale before you make changes.
What can I edit from Badge Details?
Use Edit to update the badge information. The edit form includes these fields:
Badge Name: Internal name for the badge. This field is required.
Badge image: Select an image from the gallery or upload one. An image is required.
Badge title: Title shown for the badge. This field is required.
Badge Description: Short description of what the badge means. This field is required.
Badge Win Text: Text shown when a user earns the badge. This field is required.
Is silent?: Turn this on if you do not want the badge win to be announced in the usual way.
Select Module: Choose the module that triggers the badge.
Select Trigger: Choose the event that awards the badge.
Select Object: Choose the object tied to the trigger, when needed.
#Occurrence: Set how many times the trigger must happen. This field is required.
Points: Set how many points the badge awards. This field is required.
Coins: Set how many coins the badge awards. This field is required.
Max. Wins: Set the maximum number of times the badge can be earned. This field is required.
Is enabled?: Turn the badge on or off for users.
When you change Select Module or Select Trigger, related selections are cleared, so review those fields together before saving.
How do I check who earned a badge?
On the same page, review the List of Users that earned this Badge. Each row shows the user and the date they earned it.
Open the row actions and choose Show Profile to jump to that user’s profile when you need to check their details.
How do I see missions linked to a badge?
If the badge is connected to missions, they appear in Related Missions. Select a mission to open it.
This helps you confirm which missions can award the badge and review the setup from both places.
