Gamification Engine - Coins Management
Add deposit or withdrawal transactions, filter the list, and export the history from Coins Management. You can also open a user profile from a transaction row.
How do I add a Coins transaction?
Go to Gamification Engine > Coins Management.
Select Add Transaction.
Choose the User.
Enter the Transaction Amount.
Optional: fill in Transaction Description.
Save the transaction. If the amount is positive, use Deposit. If the amount is negative, use Withdraw.
How do I edit a transaction?
Go to Gamification Engine > Coins Management.
Find the transaction in the list.
Open its details.
Update the Transaction Amount or Transaction Description.
Select Update.
How do I filter Coins transactions?
Go to Gamification Engine > Coins Management.
Select Filter by user.
Choose the user or users you want to review.
Select Apply.
How do I export Coins transactions?
Go to Gamification Engine > Coins Management.
Select Export Coins Transactions (xls).
Download the generated file when it is ready.
Can I open a user profile from a transaction?
Yes. In the transaction row, open the action menu and select Show Profile.
