Update a response status, add a close reason when needed, and keep internal notes on individual responses. You can also delete notes or the response itself from the response details page.

How do I update a response status?

  1. Go to Modules > Forms & Surveys > Responses List.

  2. Find the response you want to update.

  3. In the Actions menu, select Update Status.

  4. Choose the new status in Set Status. Available statuses include In Progress, Approved, Success, and Closed.

  5. If you set the response to Closed, select a Close Reason when one is available.

  6. Click Update.

How do I add or edit notes on a response?

  1. Open Response Details from the response row.

  2. In the notes area, click New Note to add a note.

  3. Enter your text in Note and click Create.

  4. To change an existing note, open its Actions menu and select Edit.

  5. Make your changes and click Update.

How do I delete a response status change, note, or response?

  1. To remove a note, open the note from Response Details and select Delete.

  2. To delete a response, open Response Details or use the row Actions menu in Modules > Forms & Surveys > Responses List, then select Delete.

  3. Confirm the deletion.

Only responses that are still under review or approved can be updated from the list. If you need to review the full submission before deciding, open Response Details first.
