How do I add a close reason?

  1. Go to Modules > Forms & Surveys > Forms List and open the form you want to edit.

  2. In Form Details, find the Close Reasons section.

  3. Click Add Close Reason.

  4. Enter the close reason in the Close Reason field.

  5. Click Create.

  1. Open the form in Form Details.

  2. In the Close Reasons section, open the menu for the reason you want to change.

  3. Click Edit.

  4. Update the Close Reason field.

  5. Click Update.

How do I delete a close reason?

  4. Confirm the deletion.

When is a close reason used?

Close reasons are available when you update a response status to Closed from the Responses List or Response Details. If the form has close reasons configured, you can select one when closing the response.
