Update a touchpoint status, assign a delegated manager, or sync the evaluation manager from the touchpoint details. These actions help you keep evaluation progress and ownership up to date.

How do I update a touchpoint status?

  1. Go to Modules > Evaluation & Careers > Touchpoints, open the touchpoint.

  2. Select Update Touchpoint Status.

  3. Choose a value in Select a status.

  4. Review the change and click Update.

Changing the status updates the evaluation progress for the selected user.

How do I delegate a touchpoint evaluation to another manager?

  1. Go to Modules > Evaluation & Careers > Touchpoints, open the touchpoint.

  2. Select Delegate Evaluation.

  3. In Select Delegated Manager, choose the manager who should take over.

  4. If needed, adjust the assignment and click Update.

The delegated manager handles the evaluation on behalf of the current manager. If you have not made any changes yet, leave the touchpoint as it is.

How do I sync the touchpoint manager?

  1. Go to Modules > Evaluation & Careers > Touchpoints, open the touchpoint.

  2. Select Sync Touchpoint Manager.

  3. Confirm the sync.

Use this when you want the touchpoint manager to match the evaluation manager.

Can I delete a touchpoint?

  1. Go to Modules > Evaluation & Careers > Touchpoints, open the touchpoint.

  2. Select Delete touchpoint.

  3. Confirm the deletion.

You can also use Create Touchpoint when you need to add a new one for a user.
