Evaluation Actions: Open/Close Self, Manager, Future and Final Score Sharing
Open or close self, manager, future, and final evaluation steps from a user’s evaluation record. You can also set and share the final score when needed.
How do I open a self evaluation?
Open the user’s evaluation record.
Find the Current Evaluation section.
Click the action for Open Self Evaluation.
Confirm the action.
Use this when you want the user to start their self evaluation for the cycle.
How do I open a manager evaluation?
Open the user’s evaluation record.
Find the Current Evaluation section.
Click the action for Open Manager Evaluation.
Confirm the action.
This makes the manager evaluation available for completion.
How do I close an evaluation?
Open the user’s evaluation record.
Find the section you want to finish.
Click the action for Close Evaluation.
Confirm the action.
Closing an evaluation ends that step for the user.
How do I open or close the future evaluation?
Open the user’s evaluation record.
Go to the Future Preparation section.
Click Open Future Evaluation or Open Future Self Evaluation to start the step.
Click Close Future Evaluation when the step is complete.
Confirm each action.
Use these actions to manage the future cycle preparation process.
How do I set or share the final score?
Open the user’s evaluation record.
Find the Manager Qualitative Score area if it is available for the record.
Choose the score you want and save it.
Use the final score action to set the result.
If needed, use the action to share the final score and confirm it.
Only use these actions when the evaluation is ready for its final result.
