Manager Qualitative Score (Forced Score)
Force a manager qualitative score on an evaluation when the result must reflect a manager decision instead of the calculated score. Leave it empty to keep the score calculated from goals and skills.
Where do I set it?
Open the user's evaluation from Evaluation Cycles > the cycle > See all users.
In the Current Evaluation card, select Force Manager Score.
In the Update Manager Forced Score window, choose a value in Manager Qualitative Score.
Click Update.
Force Manager Score is only shown while the cycle is not closed or locked, and when the evaluation allows a forced score.
What does it do?
Setting a forced score overrides the calculated evaluation score. If you leave it empty, GFoundry uses the normal score calculated from goals and skills.
How do I remove a forced score?
Open the same window and choose No forced score (use calculated score), then click Update.
Are there any validation rules?
The field is optional. You do not type a value: you select one of the qualitative scores available for the cycle.
