Manager Qualitative Score (Forced Score)
Set a manager qualitative score for an evaluation when you need to override the calculated result. Leave it empty to keep the normal score based on goals and skills.
What does Manager Qualitative Score do?
This field lets you force the manager qualitative score for an evaluation. If you set a value, it overrides the calculated evaluation score. If you leave it empty, GFoundry uses the normal calculated score based on goals and skills.
This setting is useful when the final score must reflect a manager decision instead of the calculated result.
Which field can I edit?
Manager Qualitative Score: Select the qualitative score you want to force for the evaluation. Use this when you want the final score to be different from the calculated score.
What happens if I leave it empty?
If you do not select a value, the evaluation keeps its calculated score. No override is applied.
Are there any validation rules?
This field is optional. There is no value to enter manually, only a score to select from the available options.
When you save a forced score, the evaluation score is updated to reflect that choice.
