Engagement Thermometer - Edit Insights Survey
Edit an Insights Survey from its survey details page. You can change the survey name, description, dates, and group segmentation before the cycle starts.
How do I open the survey I want to edit?
Go to Modules > Engagement Thermometer > Insights Surveys.
Select the survey you want to change.
On the survey details page, click Edit Insights Survey.
What can I change in an Insights Survey?
In Edit Insights Survey, you can update the survey name, survey description, start date, end date, and groups segmentation.
If your company uses more than one language, use the locale tabs to update the translated fields for each language.
How do I update the survey name, description, and dates?
In the survey form, update Insights Survey Name.
Update Insights Survey Description if needed.
Set the survey time frame using the start and end date fields.
Click Save.
How do I change the groups that can access the survey?
Open the Groups Segmentation section on the survey details page.
Select the groups you want to include.
Click Update.
Can I edit the survey after it has started?
Some changes are limited after the cycle starts. Questions can only be updated before the cycle start.
If you leave the page with unsaved changes, confirm whether you want to continue editing or leave without saving.
