Engagement Thermometer - Edit Insights Survey
Change the name, description, dates and group segmentation of an Insights Survey. Questions can only be changed while the survey has not started yet.
How do I open the survey I want to edit?
Go to Modules > Engagement Thermometer > Insights Surveys.
In the Insights Surveys List, open the actions menu of the survey and select Edit Insights Survey.
You can also open the survey and select the Settings tab. Both open the same page.
What can I change in an Insights Survey?
On the Settings tab you can update Insights Survey Name, Insights Survey Description, the Start and End dates, and the Groups Segmentation.
If your company uses more than one language, use the language tabs above the name field to update the translated name and description for each language.
How do I update the survey name, description and dates?
In Insights Survey Details, update Insights Survey Name.
Update Insights Survey Description if needed.
Set the survey time frame with the Start and End date fields.
Click Update.
How do I change the groups of the survey?
On the Settings tab, find the Groups Segmentation panel on the right.
Open the Groups Segmentation selector and select the groups you want to include.
Click Update in that panel.
The Groups Segmentation panel only appears after the survey has been created. When you create a new survey, save it first and then come back to Settings to choose the groups.
Can I edit the survey after it has started?
Questions can only be changed before the survey starts. On the Survey Questions tab, when the survey status is Open or Closed, the buttons to add, edit and delete questions are disabled and show the message "You can only update Questions before the cycle start."
