Users list reference: filters, columns, badges, and actions
Learn how to use the Users list to filter people, read the main columns and badges, and manage each user with the available actions.
Where do I find the Users list?
Go to Community Management > Users.
What filters can I use on the Users list?
User Type: Filters the list by user type. Use Any user type to clear this filter.
Team: Shows only users assigned to the selected team. Use Select team to choose one.
Include disabled users: Includes users that have been disabled. Turn this on if you need to review inactive accounts.
Only users with churn prediction: Shows only users with churn prediction data.
You can also search users from the search bar at the top of the page. If no user matches your search, the list shows the no-results state.
Which columns are shown in the user table?
Name: The user’s name.
Type: The user type.
Team: The user’s team.
Groups: The groups assigned to the user.
The list can also show badges in the header. One of them is the pending invites count, which helps you spot how many invites are still waiting for acceptance.
What do the user badges mean?
Admin: The user has administrator access.
manager: The user has manager access.
Pending...: The user was invited but has not accepted yet. Hovering over it shows that the invitation is still pending.
User Disabled: The account is disabled.
Validated: The user has been validated.
Not Validated: The user has not been validated.
What actions can I take from the Users list?
View Profile: Opens the user profile.
Validate user: Marks the user as validated.
Invalidate user: Removes validation from the user.
Disable user: Disables the account and asks you to select a reason.
Enable user: Reactivates a disabled account.
Impersonate user: Generates an impersonation URL for the selected user. You need to provide a reason first.
When a user has churn prediction data, you can open it from the list and review the level details. This is related to the Community Management > Churn Prediction area.
