In this course, you will gain the skills to effectively navigate through the new content, as well as learn how to edit and customize it as needed. Whether you need to tweak specific details or update information, you will have the knowledge required to ensure the material always aligns with your team's goals and requirements.
How can i Start creating Learn contents with GI?
To create new content using our assistant, you first need to navigate to the Learn Content page under the Learn tab. Here, you can select the 'Add Content with AI' button.
This will open a pop-up window. Here, you will write a prompt regarding the course you want to create and press the 'Generate Content' button. For example: 'Make me a course about Talent Acquisition and Leadership.' This may take a minute or two. After that, you'll have a course created on that subject.
You also have the possibility to upload a file. This is an excellent way to create more interactive Learn Content directly from your company documentation. This course will only use information from that document.
What about the frontend? What will my users see?
After the Learn Content is created, you can access it in the Front End under the Learn module (currently, the generated content is displayed in the AI category). Once you access the content, you'll be greeted with a title and a brief description of the subject.
A slide presentation will also be provided under the 'Unlock insight in our slides' option.
Here, you'll have access to a variety of slides with important information about the subject. Normally, around 30 slides will be generated, but this number is dynamic and can be changed if needed. These slides contain the essential information required to complete the course.
To make it more dynamic, we provide personalized slides (every 5 slides) with interesting facts about the subject.
The last slide presented contains information regarding the future of the content subject. It's an educated guess on how the subject is evolving and what we can expect in the near future.
Our AI will also select a video containing important information about the subject. This allows for a more dynamic way of learning.
You'll be provided with an 'Action Plan,' which is a brief summary of the video content.
You'll also have the 'Key Ideas,' which are also generated from the video. Here, we will provide you with a summary of the important subjects mentioned.
To complete the learn content, users will have to answer a quiz. This quiz is also generated by our AI assistant and contains questions solely based on the information provided in the course. It's important to remember that it can be edited according to your preferences.
After completing the learn content, users will be ranked. This ranking is displayed in the box below.
