Overview
GFoundry's Learn module allows you to enhance your learning content by embedding external media and interactive resources. Using the editable HTML block, you can seamlessly integrate videos, presentations, interactive quizzes, and more from a variety of platforms, enriching the learning experience for your users.
How It Works
The HTML block in the Learn module enables you to insert custom HTML code, including iframes. Many online services provide an embed code that can be copied and pasted directly into the HTML block, allowing the content to appear and function within the GFoundry platform.
Steps to Embed Content
Obtain the Embed Code: Find the external content you wish to add (e.g., a YouTube video, a Google Slide presentation, or an interactive quiz).
Copy the Embed Code: Most platforms provide an “Embed” or “Share” option where you can copy the iframe code.
Insert in GFoundry Learn: In the Learn module, add an HTML block and paste the copied embed code.
Save and Preview: Save your changes and preview the content to ensure it displays correctly.
Benefits of Embedding External Content
Enhanced Learning Experience: Diversify training materials with videos, infographics, and interactive tools.
Seamless Integration: No need to upload files manually; simply link existing external content.
Up-to-Date Resources: Automatically reflect updates from external platforms without requiring manual adjustments.
Increased Engagement: Use interactive elements to create a more dynamic and engaging learning experience.
