The GFoundry Learn Module is more than a traditional Learning Management System (LMS). It's a complete learning ecosystem designed to create engaging, effective, and continuous training experiences that drive real knowledge retention and employee development.

It was built from the ground up to solve the most common challenges in corporate training: low user engagement and rapid knowledge loss.

The Challenge: The "Forgetting Curve"

A key principle behind our module is the "Forgetting Curve," a concept that shows how information is lost over time when there is no attempt to retain it. Traditional, one-off training sessions are often ineffective against this curve, as learners can forget a significant amount of information shortly after the session ends. Our goal is to flatten that curve.

  • Micro-learning at its Core We combat the Forgetting Curve with micro-learning. Instead of long, disruptive sessions, knowledge is delivered in small, focused "pills" or "snacks"—like a short video, a quick article, or a few quiz questions. This allows employees to learn in the flow of their work, making knowledge absorption easier and more effective.

  • Diverse and Engaging Content Formats Move beyond static presentations. The Learn module supports a wide variety of content formats to keep learners interested, including:

    • Interactive Quizzes with multiple game modes.

    • Downloadable PDFs and e-books.

    • Immersive VR and AR simulations.

  • Structured Learning Journeys (Missions) Individual pieces of content can be structured into gamified "Missions." These visual learning paths guide employees through a series of milestones and goals, transforming training from a simple task into a motivating and rewarding experience with a clear purpose and narrative.

  • Gamification that Motivates Using elements like points, badges, and leaderboards, we apply game psychology to boost engagement, encourage friendly competition, and motivate users to complete their training and revisit key concepts.
