How to do the weekly OKR check-in
The weekly check-in lets you update and review the progress of all your active objectives at once, from My OKRs.
Before you start
Your company uses OKRs, and you lead or contribute to key results or initiatives in active objectives.
When you have a check-in to do, My OKRs shows a bar at the top with Your weekly check-in is overdue. It's time to check-in! or, if you already started, Your weekly check-in is in progress. Keep it going!
Steps
In the menu, go to OKR's > My OKRs.
In the check-in bar, click Check-in. If you started before, click Continue Check-in.
The Weekly Check-in list shows the objectives waiting for your update. Objectives you already worked on show Has draft values. Click an objective.
For each key result or initiative, enter the new value (or the True/False state). Optionally choose a label (On track, Needs attention or Off track) and add a note.
Use Next and Previous to move between items.
At the end, you are asked Do you want to check in your changes? Click Yes. You see Check in successfully completed.
If you stop halfway
Your changes are kept as a draft in this browser until you submit them. When you come back, the bar shows Draft available and the Continue Check-in button.
The draft is only stored on the device and browser you used. You will not see it on another computer, in another browser or in the mobile app.
If you reach the end without changing anything, you see You currently have no changes to check in.
Check-in and achievements
Doing the check-in regularly counts for the Regular check-in achievements, which you find in OKR's > My Achievements.
In the mobile app
Tap Menu at the bottom of the screen and then OKR's (swipe left if you do not see it). Inside it, the sections of the module are in the bar at the bottom. The pages and the steps are the same as on the web.
If you do not see this
There is no check-in bar on My OKRs: you have nothing waiting for a check-in. You can still update a single key result from the objective page.
You do not see OKR's in the menu: your company may not use OKRs. Your company may also use a different name for this area or place it elsewhere in the menu.
