I cannot sign in
Most sign-in problems come from a forgotten password, signing in through your company account, or an inactive account. Find the one that matches what you see.
Symptom
You cannot get into GFoundry. The sign-in page rejects your details, you are sent to another sign-in page, an error message appears, or the mobile app signs you out.
What the sign-in page can show
Depending on your company, the sign-in page shows one or both of these ways in:
Email and password: type them and click Login. Recover password is just below.
Company Sign In, under Or login with: you sign in with your company account (single sign-on), on your company's own sign-in page.
In the mobile app, tap Login on the first screen to open the sign-in page.
Likely cause
You forgot your password, or you are typing a different email from the one your company registered.
Your company signs you in with your company account (single sign-on). Your password is the one of your company account, not a GFoundry password.
Your account is inactive.
The password recovery link expired or was already used.
How to fix
If you are taken to your company's sign-in page, or you see Company Sign In under Or login with, sign in with your company account. If that fails, contact your IT team: GFoundry cannot change that password.
If you sign in with email and password and forgot your password, click Recover password on the sign-in page, type your email and click Recover. Open the link in the email within one hour.
If you see Account not found, please check if the email address is correct., try the email your company used to register you, or ask your administrator.
If you see Could not recover password, inactive account. or Your account is not active., ask your administrator to reactivate your account.
If you see Token not found or expired., ask for a new recovery link. Only the newest link works, and only once.
If the mobile app signed you out by itself, sign in again. If you cannot, your account may have been deactivated: contact your administrator.
Check that you are using the address your company gave you for GFoundry.
If the problem persists
Contact your company's administrator with: the address you use to sign in, whether you use the web or the mobile app, and the exact message you see. Never send your password.
