Reviewing Role Play sessions, evaluations and feedback
After a role-play is created, the Role Play Details page lets you review the template and every session learners have run, with full conversations and evaluation results.
Open the role-play
Go to Modules > Learn > Learn Content and open the content item.
Select the Content Management tab.
Find the Role Play block (it shows as Active once a role-play exists) and open it to reach the Role Play Details page.
Role Play Details — Overview
The Overview tab shows the template:
Persona and Character — who the AI plays and their description.
Language, Expected duration, Status, Template ID and Last updated.
Skills — the skills the role-play exercises, as read-only pills.
Milestones — the stages of the scenario, each with a name, description and optional duration.
Evaluation Metrics — the rubric criteria, each with a description and the skills it maps to.
From this page you can also Preview (test) the role-play, Publish it if it is still a draft, or Delete it. See Testing and publishing a Role Play.
The Sessions list
The Sessions tab lists every learner attempt with User, Status (Completed, In progress or Abandoned), Score, Turns, Duration and Started.
Session details, evaluation and feedback
Click a session to open its detail view:
The full conversation between the learner and the persona.
The evaluation: the overall result (Passed / Did not pass), the score, each criterion's score, and the feedback notes.
If a session was not evaluated, the detail view notes that no evaluation is available.
From sessions to validated skills
Session outcomes feed the skills engine and accumulate as per-skill evidence for each user, surfacing in Skills Mapping and in Gi. For the full model — how criterion scores become skill evidence and when a skill becomes validated — see How role-play sessions feed the skills engine.
