How to reset mission progress and data for all users
Reset mission data for every user who has participated in a mission. Use this only when you need to clear progress, rankings, or performance data for that mission.
Where do I reset a mission?
Go to Missions > Missions List.
Open the mission you want to reset from Missions List.
Select Reset Mission.
What can I reset?
In the Reset Mission window, choose the data you want to clear:
Reset all mission progress - clears progress records for all users who have participated in the mission.
Reset ranking data (leaderboards) - clears leaderboard data for the mission.
Remove users mission performance data - removes users' mission performance data.
What should I know before I confirm the reset?
This action applies to all users who have participated in the mission. It removes the selected data permanently, so make sure you really want to start over before you continue.
How do I complete the reset?
Review the selected options.
Select or clear the checkboxes as needed.
Click Reset Mission Data.
Confirm the action.
Can I reset one user only?
No. This reset is for the whole mission. If you only need to reset one person, open Mission Details and use Reset User's Mission instead.
