System Messages: inbox, bulk actions, and message details
Use the System Messages list to mark several messages at once, delete them, or open a single message to review its details. You can also switch between unread messages and all messages.
How do I select several messages at once?
Go to System Messages.
Open either Unread or All Messages.
Select the checkboxes for the messages you want to update.
Use Clear selection if you want to remove all selected messages.
How do I mark selected messages as read or unread?
Select one or more messages in Unread or All Messages.
Choose Mark Read to mark the selected unread messages as read.
Choose Mark Unread to mark the selected read messages as unread.
How do I delete selected messages?
Select the messages you want to remove.
Click Delete selected messages.
Confirm the deletion.
How do I open a message and view its details?
Go to System Messages.
In the message list, click the message row or use the view action on the right.
Review the Message Details panel for the Message ID, Severity, and the message status.
Review Message Content to read the full text of the message.
Use Back to "System Messages" when you want to return to the list.
