Company Settings Field Reference
Use Company Settings to review and update your company name and profile details. This article explains where to find the page, how to edit it, and what each field does.
How do I open Company Settings?
In the backoffice, go to Settings > Company Settings. The page shows the current values of your company profile: Company Name, Company Country, Company Timezone, Company Sector and Company Size. A field that has no value yet shows a dash (-).
How do I edit the company details?
On the Company Settings page, click Edit.
In Company Settings Details, change the fields you need.
Click Update to save. You see the message Company settings updated and the page reloads with the saved values.
To close the form without saving, click Cancel. To undo the changes you made in the form and go back to the saved values, click Reset.
What does each Company Settings field mean?
Company Name: The name of your company. It must have between 2 and 255 characters.
Country: The company country. Optional. Choose it from the list of available countries.
Timezone: The company timezone. Optional. Choose it from the list of available timezones.
Sector: The company sector. Optional. Choose it from the list of available sectors.
Size: The company size. Optional. Choose it from the list of available sizes.
What should I know before saving changes?
Country, Timezone, Sector and Size only accept values from their lists. If you type a value that is not in the list, the field shows an error such as Please select the company country. Select a valid option before you click Update.
These four fields stay disabled for a moment when the form opens, while the list of options loads.
