Invite new users, validate or disable existing users, generate an impersonation URL, and review churn prediction from the Users list.

How do I add or invite users?

  1. Go to Community Management > Users.

  2. Select Add User to create users one by one, or Invite User to start the invitation flow.

  3. In the wizard, add each user’s First name, Last name, and Email.

  4. Use the Segmentation step to assign Groups and, if available, a Team.

  5. If needed, select Backoffice Roles for users who need admin access.

  6. Use Welcome email to switch the email on or off and edit the template.

  7. Review the summary and select Create {{count}} user(s).

How do I validate or invalidate a user?

  1. Go to Community Management > Users.

  2. Find the user in the list.

  3. Open the user actions menu and choose Validate user or Invalidate user.

  4. Save the change if prompted.

How do I disable or enable a user?

  1. Go to Community Management > Users.

  2. Find the user in the list.

  3. Open the user actions menu and choose Disable user or Enable user.

  4. If you disable the account, choose a reason in Please provide a reason.

  5. Select Disable Account to confirm.

How do I impersonate a user?

  1. Go to Community Management > Users.

  2. Find the user in the list.

  3. Open the user actions menu and choose Impersonate user.

  4. Enter a reason in Reason.

  5. Select Generate URL.

  6. Copy the Impersonate URL and open it in another browser or in incognito mode.

How do I check churn prediction for a user?

  1. Go to Community Management > Users.

  2. Find the user in the list and look at the Churn prediction status, if it is shown.

  3. Open the churn prediction details from the user’s churn indicator to review the level and suggested retention actions.
