Communities (Tribes): create, edit, reorder, and configure community settings
Create a Community, edit its details, reorder it, manage members, and configure Community settings from the Communities area.
How do I create a Community?
Go to Community Management > Communities.
Click New Community.
Enter the Community Name and Community Description.
If your account uses more than one language, use the language tabs to fill in the details for each locale.
Add a Community Image if needed.
Select the groups under Content Segmentation.
Click Create.
How do I edit a Community?
Go to Community Management > Communities.
Click the Community you want to change.
Update the Community Name, Community Description, image, or group segmentation.
Click Update.
How do I reorder Communities?
Go to Community Management > Communities.
Open the action menu for the Community you want to move.
Select Move To....
Choose a new position in Select New Position.
Click Update Position.
How do I manage Community members?
Go to Community Management > Communities.
Open the Community you want to manage.
Select the Community Members tab.
Click Add Member.
Select the user and confirm.
To remove someone, use the row action for that member and confirm the removal.
How do I change Community settings?
Go to Community Management > Communities.
In Communities Settings, set the maximum number of Communities per user in Max number of Communities per User.
Choose how Communities are sorted in Select Order.
If needed, choose the sorting direction in Select Direction.
Click Update.
