Task Creation and Editing Modal Reference
Use this modal to create or update a task in a task list. The available fields let you define the task title, description, and when needed, the languages used for each task list item.
What can I edit in the task modal?
The task modal lets you create a new task or update an existing one. The fields you see depend on whether you are editing the task itself or the task list details.
Task title: Enter the name of the task. This is the main label users will see.
Description: Add more details about the task. Use this field to explain what the user needs to do.
What fields are available when I edit a task?
When you open Create a new Task or Task Details, you can fill in the task content for the selected language.
Task title: Required. Enter the title for the task in the selected locale.
Description: Optional. Add supporting instructions or context for the task in the selected locale.
What fields are available when I edit a task list?
When you open Create a new Task List or Task List Details, you can define the task list information and targeting.
Task List title: Required. Enter the title of the task list. This is the name that appears in the task list view.
Description: Optional. Add a short explanation of the task list.
Groups Segmentation: Select the groups that should see this task list.
Teams Segmentation: Select the teams that should see this task list, if teams are enabled in your settings.
Enabled: Turn the task list on or off. If a task list is disabled, users do not see it as active.
What should I know before saving or leaving the modal?
Use Create or Update to save your changes. Use Reset to clear unsaved edits, or Cancel to leave without saving.
If you try to close the modal with unsaved changes, confirm that you want to discard them before continuing.
