Where do I create or edit a Star Badge?

Go to Modules > Recognition > Stars. Select New Star Badge to create one, or open an existing badge from the list to edit it.

In the badge details window, complete the required fields and then select Create or Save. If you are editing an existing badge, use Save to keep your changes.

Which fields do I need to fill in?

  • Star Badge Image: Upload the image that represents the badge. This field is required when you create or edit a badge.

  • Star Badge Name: Enter the badge name. This field is required. Use a clear name, because it will appear in the app for users.

If you leave either required field empty, you cannot complete the form.

How do I manage reviews for Star Badges?

Go to Modules > Recognition > Recognition Settings and go to the Star Badge Reviews section. There you can enable or disable Star Badges, choose whether any user can give reviews or only Team Managers can review Team members, and set the maximum number of reviews per user.

You can also choose the reset strategy and decide whether reviews are public or private. Private reviews do not show in the user profile.

Where can I review or delete badge reviews later?

Go to Modules > Recognition > Dashboard and select the Star Badge Reviews tab. From there, you can filter, export the report, and delete individual reviews if needed.

Go to Modules > Recognition > Stars and open a Star Badge if you need to update the badge itself. Review records stay in the reviews area.
