Use the System Messages list to mark several messages as read or unread, delete them, or open a single message to read it. Messages are split into Unread and All Messages.

Use the System Messages list to mark several messages as read or unread, delete them, or open a single message to read it. Messages are split into Unread and All Messages.

How do I select several messages at once?

  1. Go to System Messages.

  2. Expand Unread or All Messages.

  3. Select the checkboxes of the messages you want, or the checkbox in the header to select all messages on the page.

  4. Use Clear selection to remove all selected messages.

How do I mark selected messages as read or unread?

  1. Select one or more messages.

  2. Select Mark Read to mark them as read. This button appears when the selection includes unread messages.

  3. Select Mark Unread to mark them as unread. This button appears when the selection includes read messages.

For a single message, use Mark as read or Mark as unread in the row actions.

How do I delete selected messages?

  1. Select the messages you want to remove.

  2. Select Delete next to the selection.

  3. Confirm the deletion.

To delete a single message, use Delete in its row actions. A deleted message stays greyed out in the list with Undo delete, so you can restore it.

How do I open a message and view its details?

  1. Go to System Messages.

  2. Select the message title, or the arrow at the end of the row (View). Opening an unread message marks it as read.

  3. In Message Details, review the Message ID, the Severity (not shown for success messages) and the date.

  4. Read the full text in Message Content.

  5. Use Mark as Unread or Delete at the top of the page if needed.

  6. Select Back to "System Messages" to return to the list.
