Engagement Thermometer - Create Category Questions
Create a new question inside a question category from the Engagement Thermometer module. You can add a text answer question and save it for later use in your categories list.
How do I create a category question?
Go to Modules > Engagement Thermometer > Insights Surveys, open the survey you want, and then open Questions Categories.
Open the category where you want to add the question, or click New Question if you are already inside the category details.
Click Add Question or Click here to add Question.
In the modal, choose the Category.
Fill in Question Text.
If you want an open response, select Enable this for open text answers.
Click Create.
You can create questions from the category details page or from the category questions list. If you already have a question saved, you can open it later and update it from Edit.
Can I add the same question to more than one category?
A question belongs to the category you select in the Category field when you create it. If you need the question in another category, create it again in that category.
Can I create a question with an open answer?
Yes. Turn on Enable this for open text answers. when you create the question. This makes the question an open text answer question instead of a standard question with a fixed response.
