Hard Skills - List, Users, Endorsements, and Merge
Use the Hard Skills list to merge duplicate hard skills and review who has endorsed each skill. You can also open the user list for a hard skill to see the people linked to it.
How do I merge hard skills?
Go to Modules > Recognition > Hard Skills.
Select more than one hard skill in the list.
Click Merge.
In Merge Hard Skills, enter the Hard Skill Name you want to keep.
If available, choose the Skill Tag.
Click Update and confirm the merge.
How do I see who endorsed a hard skill?
Go to Modules > Recognition > Hard Skills.
Find the hard skill you want to review.
Open the hard skill actions and choose Endorsements.
Review the endorsement list for the selected hard skill.
How do I see the users linked to a hard skill?
Go to Modules > Recognition > Hard Skills.
Open the hard skill actions and choose Users.
In Users List, review the users linked to that hard skill.
If needed, open a user profile from Show Profile.
