What mission start, save-for-later, and token-based draft editing do
You can start a mission, leave it unfinished, and continue editing it later with the mission token. This is useful when you want to prepare a mission in stages before starting it.
Can I save a mission and finish it later?
Yes. In the mission wizard, you can use Save for later instead of starting the mission right away. This keeps your mission as a draft so you can continue editing it later.
Use this when you are not ready to publish the mission yet, or when you want to come back and complete the details in another session.
How do I continue editing a mission draft?
Open the mission again from the missions area and use the mission token to return to the saved draft. The draft can then be edited before you choose Start Mission.
If you have not started the mission yet, Save for later is the right option. If you are ready to make it active for users, use Start Mission.
What happens when I save a mission for later?
The mission is kept as a draft, and you can keep working on it later. It is not started for users until you choose Start Mission.
This lets you prepare the mission journey, adjust the details, and review the setup before publishing it.
What parts of a mission can I edit before starting it?
You can continue editing the mission details and mission journey before it is started. That includes the mission name, milestone setup, objective setup, thumbnail, background, and win message.
Once you start the mission, it becomes part of the live mission flow for users.
What if I want to change a mission after it has started?
Started missions are managed from the mission details area, but the save for later option is meant for drafts only. If you are still building the mission, keep it as a draft until you are ready.
If you need to review an existing mission, open its Mission Details page from the missions list.
