In this mode, the cycle does not focus on one overall performance score. It focuses on competency and skill ratings.

What should I check before saving the cycle?

Make sure the selected skillset contains the skills you want to assess. Also check the date fields, group access, and any justification rules before saving.

If you use eligibility items or score weighting, review those settings together so the cycle matches your process.
